Ledgermatch Reconciliation

Terms of service

Effective 2026-10-02. By using Ledgermatch Reconciliation you agree to these terms.

The service

Ledgermatch Reconciliation is a tool provided by Zovo for use inside ChatGPT, Claude, and other MCP clients. Ledgermatch Reconciliation matches a bank export (CSV, Excel or a text PDF statement) against the cash account in your books (QuickBooks, Xero, Wave or a spreadsheet). It matches by check number, by amount and date, and finds one deposit that equals several invoices. All unmatched rows on both sides are listed and classified: outstanding checks, deposits in transit, bank fees and interest not in the books, likely duplicates and likely amount typos. The adjusted bank balance is compared with the adjusted book balance in the standard format, with PASS only at a $0.00 difference.
